There are actually a few ways that you can let our crew in. One way would be an extra key. You could leave the key at our office, we handle all keys professionally and securely, or you could leave a key hidden near your front door with instructions on where to find it, such as under the mat, or in the planter. We also can use garage openers, or codes. We assure you that all the information and keys you provide us will be handled securely and returned to you if you ever discontinue service.
Yes, our employees are insured for any loss or breakage during cleaning, and we cover all employment taxes and workers’ compensation as well.

We can charge you cash, or your credit card on file the day of your cleaning. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Regular service clients can also leave a check for the cleaning crew to turn into the office.
We aim to pay our Cleaning Technicians a fair wage, however, they work very hard and tips while not required are greatly appreciated. You can tip at time of service with cash (make sure to indicate it is a tip), or have it automatically added to cleaning cost.
While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We can also not clean, mold, asbestos, bio hazards, pet waste and insect or rodent problems.
